Transceiver

Shown is the top side of the transceiver. The section at the bottom, still
covered, contains the RF AMP and DC-DC Converter. Just above to the left
side is the transmit het board. In the center are the two PTO units. On
the right is the receiver het board. As you can see all the pilot lamps are easily assessable across the top of the rig for easy replacement. On the lower left bottom you can see a little of the two OB2 regulator tubes. The regulators are connected in series to provide a regulated DC for the screen grids on the 6146 finals. |
